Joe is the founder of JLR ENTERPRISES INC. and is currently a SGT for the last 14 years with a police department in the Western Suburbs. Joe is approved by the State of Illinois as an Illinois Concealed Carry Instructor, and has worked hard to obtain numerous certifications from "NEMRT", Joe is a certified range instructor, certified Glock Armorer, and AR-15 Armorer. Joe attended and passed a 40 hour Rifle Carbine Instructor Course, as well as the Colt M16/AR-15 Rifle Armorer course. In addition, Joe also attended and passed the Adamax Tactical Academy AR-15 Field Armorer Course, as well as the School of Police Staff and Command course. Eric started his law enforcement endeavor as a Police Explorer with a suburban Police Department. He then became an Auxilary Police Officer with the same department, and attended and passed the 40 hour firearms certification with the State of Illinois. Eric then became a full time police officer with a police department just outside the Chicago city limits, and graduated from the Illinois State Police Academy in 2001. Eric also obtained numerous certifications through "NEMRT", and became a defensive tactics instructor for his department. Eric was also a member of the Mobile Field Force on NIPAS (Northern Illinois Police Alarm System) and held the position of rifleman. Eric is certified as a Firearms Instructor through the National Rifle Association (NRA).
